Welcome to my website

If you have visited this site before, you will notice that the number of surnames added to the list of Families has increased dramatically.  This is because I want to create as complete a list of predominantly Cajun units in the Confederate armies as I can.  If YOUR family is Cajun but is not on my list, please tell me.  There are two criteria for adding your family to my list.  First, your family must have intermarried with at least one Acadian family before the War Between the States.  Second, your family must have produced at least one Confederate soldier who can be found in the Compiled Service Records in the National Archives. ...
