The gravesite of Sosthene Richard of the Confederate Guards Response Battalion Louisiana Infantry in St. Charles Catholic Cemetery, Grand Coteau, LA. He was awarded a UCV grave marker despite having deserted his post at Camp Bisland in December 1862.
